THE LAST PLANE IS LEAVING

Today while I was resting, I began to think, and visualize some things. One of my thoughts and visualizations brought me to an airport, and I found myself looking at the arrival and departure board list.

It was a snowy day with lots of cancellations, late arrivals, late departures, leaving many passengers to scurry to other airlines to see if they could do better.

It looked like it would be a long night and maybe a long tomorrow. Then my imagination took hold of me and I visualized a bright recent sign popping up on the Departure Board. THE LAST PLANE FOR HEAVEN it was getting ready for departure.

And that departure to get to HEAVEN would be their last opportunity, and then I become saddened at the thought of how many people will miss that last chance.

I think of how many thousands of people over the last thirty-plus years in witnessing for my Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ had the opportunity to make the decision, to put their trust in Jesus (ALONE) to get them to Glory, and how many hundreds missed out, and for whatever reason will spend eternity in everlasting torment.

God made it simple to get that reservation. When a person truly accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, their name is written in the Book of Life and that is their reservation in Heaven, paid for by the Blood of Jesus Christ on that cross at Calvary. PRAY FROM YOUR HEART

Dear God in Heaven, I am a sinner and cannot get to Heaven on my works and church tradition. I trust in HIS shed blood to wash away my sins. I am truly sorry for my sins and repent, turning from my sins and turning to Christ. Please come into my heart and be my personal Savior. I ask this in Jesus’ Name, Amen
